This is the email address where all emails for mailing group will be received and then sent out to group members. WPMG connects to this email inbox using the credentials you provide in Mailing group settings page.This group email address should preferably be set up on your server as an IMAP or POP inbox. It can also be setup on gmail, you can connect to Gmail inbox and grab emails from it, using the settings given on this page
